The Victoria serves breakfast six days a week (not Sundays, except for guests staying overnight), a must-book brunch on Saturdays, and lunch every day. We serve dinner everyday of the week including Sundays until 8pm. We offer our bar menu everyday excluding Sundays, with varying times. Chosen by Director Greg Bellamy – who has a Kiwi’s nose for great wine – our wine lists are carefully considered and full of character. Each bottle tells a story of the wine makers or the terroir where they perfect their craft. Great new finds, like Thalassitis from Santorini – naturally irrigated by the Aegean Sea spray – sit side-by-side with great classics, not forgetting some Kiwi wonder wines.
The Victoria serves 25 wines by the glass, and while all our pubs offer some wines with a twist, you’ll find they’re approachable, familiar and – with a bit of luck – you’ll discover a new favourite. We show the same care in selecting craft and cask-conditioned lagers and ales, and, when in season, we make our own cordials with locally-gathered elderflowers, blackberries and gooseberries.
