The pricing for holding your wedding reception with us is based on a minimum spend including a hire fee. Our prices are dictated by the month and season of the year, and are also dependent on the menu chosen. Our private events coordinator will put together a costing estimate following an initial meeting.
Should you proceed and choose to let The Victoria Team look after your wedding day and celebrations, we would request that you place a deposit of the hire fee to confirm the booking plus the cost of the hotel.
The remaining outstanding total of your pre-ordered food and beverage would be settled in full two weeks in advance of your wedding. Additional costs would be settled on the day/evening.
WEEK DAY WEDDINGS (Monday – Thursday)
Week day weddings are becoming very popular, partly because we can offer fantastic rates on these days with a much-reduced hire fee and minimum spend requirement but with exactly the same service and food options. This also allows your guests a sneaky day off during the week, naughty but nice!
